Covient Service Center (CSC) - Definition & Policies:
- No travel charges for clients within a fifty mile radius of a CSC
- Distances beyond a 50 mile radius are billed a $95 fee per visit to cover travel time and expenses
- All onsite visits must be paid for at the time of booking
- Standard Onsite visitsrequire a minimum 7 day advanced booking ( based on availability)
- Priority Onsite visits requirea minimum 2 business day advanced booking
- Emergency Onsite visits available in 1 day within a 150 mile radius of any CSC
- Group training sessions can be held at CSC’s or onsite (based on the client’s preference)
